Fortunately, there are a number of smart developers out there who have written a number of specialized rigging devices that allow you to change the behavior of your scooter.

How to check if your Xiaomi M365 Scoter has 2 fuses
The easiest way to find out if your scooter has 2 fuses without opening it is to use the serial number. If you look at the side of your electric scooter, you will see a label in the following format (XXXXX / YYYYYYYY).
XXXXX values will be good:13678 China White
16,057 Youth
16132 White Europe
13,679 Black Chinese
16,133 European Black (2 Fuses)
You need to verify your scooter has a battery manufacture date no later than March 2017. You can check this in the Xiaomi Application when connected to your scooter using Bluetooth.
The YYYYYYYY portion of the serial number must be greater than 35000.
TBS - Battery Manufacture Date - Must be later than March 2017
NSY - The YYYYYYYY section MUST be higher than 35000
After you confirm your scooter has more than 2 fuses, you can continue with this guide.
Download Firmware and Custom Applications to flash your scooter.
On your Android phone, browse to https://m365.botox.bz
Select your firmware version and click 'patch'. I use CFW
Download the Andoid application that is used to flash your scooter and follow the instructions on the screen.
Use the following application to flash your modified firmware: com.m365downgrade-v7_PATCHED.apk
